A well reputed catering industry is looking to hire a Receptionist

Jobs Requirements: a- Required education - Higher Secondary education / Graduate / Diploma Course completed. b- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a customer service oriented position. c- Displays good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills. d- Efficient, punctual, positive, enthusiastic and customer service attitude. e- Polite and friendly manner with good telephone skills. Job Responsibilities: a- Answers and directs all incoming telephone queries. Answers calls politely, quickly and efficiently using the switchboard. b- Serves as the first point of contact in meeting and greeting Clients and staff. c- Maintains conference room schedules and appearance, assists with preparation for special meetings and events, places service calls for building management. d- Coordinates and organised the stationery order and maintains office deliveries

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:
