Job Title: Manufacturing Compliance Supervisor Division: Manufacturing Compliance - Technical Operations Country: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Work Location: UAE (RAK head office) Job Type: Manufacturing Compliance Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Employment (Limited Contract) Job Description: Purpose: • Preparation ofTechnical document manufacturing formula and Methods (BMR and BPR). • Product Manufacturing Process improvements. • Preparation of Protocols and report, risk assessment, investigation report for manufacturing compliance. Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Preparation, review and issue of Manufacturing Formula & Method and Manufacturing Directions of the commercial products. • Review of Product development/Optimization reports to use in the preparation of batch manufacturing record/batch Packaging Record. • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Site manufacturing team and Operational Excellence teams) in planning and execution of process improvements activities. • Prepare/Review/Issue the Raw Materials Bill of Materials (BOM) of the existing Products. • Prepare/ Issue of stage code creation request for new/existing products in the SAP. • Prepare department relevant SOP's for GMP Compliance. Documents management,• Product and process Knowledge • Communication skills Qualifications: - Education Bachelor's degree in pharmacy/Science Graduate - Experience: 3 years of Experience in documentation/Batch Record Preparations. - Training: Key Competencies: • Good computer skills with ability to write and revise technical documents like Batch Record/SOP/Risk assessments. • Knowledge about manufacturing and packaging of different dosage forms including tablets, capsules, liquid and creams.
