Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for P&O Administrator to join our team in Dubai, UAE, This will be supporting operations project in Iraq/Dubai
Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the various laws within the UAE and Iraq.
  • Assists the relevant P&O team with planning and delivery of specific work activities.
  • Supports P&O activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle.
  • Supports line managers with basic P&O activity and queries
  • Coordinates events/P&O programmes as required, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee & company compliance files as well as general program record keeping files accurately.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure that changes in employee status, pay, benefits, promotions, leave or any other adjustments are processed correctly and on time.
  • Accountable for delivery and customer satisfaction levels within P&O Operations Support.
  • Support and participate in emergency response activities.
  • Collaborate with PRO to ensure that visa for new joiners and visa cancellation for leavers are processed on time.
  • Monitoring of service provision, analysis of processes and data as well as continuous improvement of the service delivery.
  • Interface with Business Partners to understand their needs and implement service delivery solutions that positively impact the end delivery to customers.
  • Support the P&O Process Owner to ensure all P&O policies, processes and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Accountable for delivery and customer satisfaction levels within P&O Operations Support.
  • Support and contribute to Wood redeployment process.
  • Supporting payroll investigations, overpayments/underpayments in line with company requirements and processes.
  • Support mobilisation projects as assigned by line manager.
  • Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required.
Skills / Qualifications: Qualifications:
  • Good standard of education – HR or business related qualification preferred


Job specific experience:

  • Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
  • Previous experience in an HR environment preferred


Knowledge of:

  • Changing regulatory environment preferred


Experience of:

  • Supporting the achievement of performance targets
