As a
Guest Experiences & Promotions Executive, you would be responsible for:

  • Establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local and domestic and some international markets
  • Monitoring competitor activities and collecting, analysing and presenting market intelligence reports
  • Creating and developing opportunities, packages, promotions and special events within the hotel in order to offer exceptional guest experiences
  • Promoting awareness of all hotel restaurants, special events and promotions brand image internally and externally
  • Promoting and upselling of rooms, packages and upgrade options
  • Initiate and upsell special activities, products, venues, promotions and events with the Recreation team
  • Using upselling and sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • Developing, coordinating and implementing social media initiatives as well as food & beverage promotional programs
  • Maintaining a high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate
  • Entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information the hotel records and communicating with management and team
  • Coordinating with all Front Office and Restaurant managers to retain guests, track preferences, and create guest database.
  • Contracting new business as required and maximizing revenue for the hotel
  • Professionally representing the hotel in community and industry organizations and events

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered. These are detailed as follows:

  • Well versed with events, activities and promotions in UAE with hotels/restaurants
  • Previous work experience in theHospitality or related field
  • Earlier experience in operational sales or similar role is preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
  • Highly personable and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your approach to work
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication in English. Additional language a plus.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
  • Proficient in using all MS Office applications
