We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with experience in web scraping to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing web-based applications using Ruby on Rails framework and integrating web scraping technologies to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
Seniority level : Mid-Senior LevelResponsibilities : Develop and maintain web-based applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Integrate web scraping technologies to extract and manipulate data from various sources.Write scrapers that are scalable, robust, and efficient.
Optimize and automate data retrieval and processing using web scraping libraries, APIs, and other tools.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and web scrapers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web scraping trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements : We are in need of a full-time Ruby on Rails Developer who has : 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework.
Experience with web scraping tools and techniques.Familiarity with popular libraries and tools for web scraping and data manipulation, such as Nokogiri, Mechanize, and Beautiful Soup.
Extensive experience with Redis and AWS.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.A candidate should have their own computer and stable internet connection to apply.
