You will create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store by delivering high quality product and service solutions on every occasion. Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service Delivery quality and profitable sales according to an established sales budget Passion to sell the latest electronic products and services Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations Preferred experience: Retail experience in high achieving teams Demonstrated ability in required skills and competencies Sound organisational skills Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences NOTE: JB Hi-Fi operates 7 days a week and flexibility with hours is essential including weekends, public holidays and late night trade.
