Title: COMPLIANCE AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - 72523 Primary Location: Australia (AU) - QLD- Crestmead
What you’ll do:
As the Compliance and Supply Chain Manager you will own Parts Compliance and Aftermarket Supply Chain processes. Responsible for the management of Australia and New Zealand aftermarket compliance and supply management efforts for operational and tactical product delivery and order fulfillment including but not limited to:
• Compliance of the Aftermarket portfolio across all product groups • SME for all compliance, labelling and regulatory matters • Strategic sourcing • Contract and supply management of external suppliers o Establish and measure performance metrics eg. delivery and fill rates o Ensure products are supplied to the right specifications and quality o Ensure adherence to agreed pricing, performance, and services o Initiate corrective action requests and manage through to resolution • Identify, escalate, and address supply issues • Ongoing supplier relationship management • Ensure engagement of suppliers on projects and process improvements • Conduct supplier audits • Product support management (warranty) • Cost management to ensure that pricing meets market needs • Part data integrity
With a strong knowledge of Supply chain managment, you are an energetic self-starter who takes pride in their work and their working environment. You have ability to take initiative – identify challenges and embrace the new and unknown. In addition, you have:
- Qualifications in Planning, Supply Chain & Logistics - Solid experience working in Supply Chain Management related roles i.e.: Agriculture/ Engineering/ construction industries, FMCG - Track record in successfully delivering supply chain improvement projects that were high impact and included implementing new systems - Sound knowledge of technical governance documentation for Engineering - Clear, interpersonal communication, negotiation skills and a positive attitude - Excellent attention to detail - Strategic thinker - High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications - Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities - Good Collaboration and team skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills
