Do Work That Matters This role plays a critical leadership role as an expert in business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement. Leading a high-performing team of commercial and agribusiness bankers, you will be focused on delivering successful outcomes for our customers. Utilising your coaching ability, you will mentor and engage your team and our clients with a focus on growing quality business across commercial and corporate business banking.
More specifically, you will:

• Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify opportunities and develop strategies accordingly in an ever-changing commercial landscape
• Coach and mentor the team, supporting and maintaining a high-performance culture whilst building solid relationships with clients to surprise and delight customers.
• Gain an understanding of client needs, develop key internal relationships and deliver financial solutions
• Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions

We want to hear from you if you:

• Are highly engaged and motivated with a strong focus on success and highly tuned commercial acumen
• Have a proven track record of motivating and coaching a business banking team to develop; customer focus, risk and credit skills whilst driving strong growth
• Have extensive business banking experience, a qualification in business, finance and commerce would be advantageous.
