Your new company
This company works within the forestry, construction and manufacturing industries to supply apprentices and trainees for a variety of organisations. They are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager who has some experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (can just be an understanding of AP/AR)

Your new role
Your new role as Office Manager will sit under the Finance team and will include more of the transactional processing and back office support.

Duties Include:
Office Management (including facilities management)
Administering company car fleet, mobile phones and other office technology
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Reconciliations
Assisting with procurement
Some office fitout responsibilities
Supporting CEO
Board Meeting attendance/preparations
Other adhoc admin tasks


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to organise and prioritise conflicting tasks as well as taking initiative to take on additional tasks. Be comfortable dealing with sensitive/confidential information and to have a bubbly and friendly personality.
