Dreamworld & WhiteWater World, home to the best thrill rides and the coolest waterslides on the planet, seek to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team based onsite at Dreamworld.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Operations Lead, your primary function will be to support the effective operations of Dreamworld's IT network, applications and desktop/POS equipment through incident, problem, and service request management.

Our Service Desk Analyst will provide exceptional customer service, have a strong focus on customer issue resolution and be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Record, respond and resolve incidents and requests in a high-volume environment, within agreed SLA’s
  • Update and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence to allow for accurate incident resolution and efficient service desk operations
  • Support Ticketing, Retail, F&B POS and Admin corporate applications and hardware
  • Support the appropriate operation of applications across the Microsoft suite of products, including but not limited to Desktop and Server OS, Exchange and Outlook, Active Directory and Office365
  • Liaise effectively with wider IT team and external partners
  • Available for rostered support on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience providing multi-level support
  • Sound knowledge of infrastructure, networking and IT support concepts
  • Related tertiary qualifications / certifications (desirable)
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
  • A clear and concise phone manner with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high availability solutions
  • Reliable and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to working as part of a team
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and work on multiple tasks
