More of a tech start-up than property, they offer advice and mentorship to property investors, and across their team have more than 100 years worth of experience!

Duties

Generating an incredible pipeline of clientele through their media presence and clever advertising, this role will see you taking the important mantel as the ‘first point of contact’ with any potential client of this business. With the goal of providing the Investment Consultants with 4 – 5 qualified leads a week each, your role will include:

• Call and screen warm leads from inbound enquiries and webinars attendees
• Build connections with the prospects and facilitate the Fact-Find process (discovery call to clarify current financial position and future goals) Direct our members to our different product offerings as per their financial circumstances.
• Book membership consultation meeting with the membership consultants
• Take initiatives and do what it takes to retain members and minimise cancellation.
• Provide regular feedback to the IT, Marketing and Mentor team in relation to process, product

Specific requirements

• Ideally you will be coming from a similar role in the property, banking or investment space
• Proven success on the phones and engaging clients
• Believe in property & have bought property yourself
• Be passionate, high energy and self-motivated
• Confident in delivering information and possess strong influencing skills
