THE OPPORTUNITY

We now have multiple opportunities available for experienced Data Entry Officers and as part of our diverse team based in Adelaide, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

You will be responsible for entering critical data into the system and providing administration support to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure EML pro-actively and efficiently manage workers compensation claims.

This will be a permanent position commencing immediately based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process data in an accurate and timely manner.
  • The ability to effectively navigate and utilise computer systems to ensure data is entered correctly.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Provide advice with regards to payment queries and processes.
  • Investigate any suspected incorrect data and amend accordingly.
  • Collate, run, update and analyse payment reports on a regular basis.
  • General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending).

ABOUT YOU

  • Customer Service and/or Office experience.
  • The ability to analyse invoices and process accordingly is considered advantageous.
  • An accounting background would be advantageous.
  • Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
  • Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
