This leading education organization is seeking a Data Entry Officer to join the team as soon as possible. This role is based in Bendigo in an intial engagmenet for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete all requirements relevant to the enrolment process including eligibility checking and authenticating supporting documentation for students
• Process other relevant student forms and data entry into student management systems and data bases
• Check and monitor student data bases and student management systems for updates, data quality and data modifications as required
• Point of contact for all prospective and existing student enquiries

Required

• Experience working as a Data Officer
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills and organization skills
• Prior experience in education sector - highly regarded
