Hello. We’re Velocity Frequent Flyer, loyalty program of Virgin Australia. And we’re back (in a big way).

With a year of ups and downs behind us all, we’re now ramping things up. Looking for new, come-as-you-are team members to join our fast-growing squad, responsible for rebuilding Virgin Australia’s loyalty program, currently 11 million members strong, and counting. That’s half of Australia!

Who we’re looking for:

An ambitious travel professional who, using the travel knowledge and experience they’ve gained, is ready to navigate the next phase of their career towards being an integral part of ensuring mutually beneficial Partner objectives and growth targets, in the exciting and ever progressive world of travel loyalty and rewards. A self-starter who can think on their feet and enjoys working with a diverse range of Travel Partners where no two days are the same. This is a 12 month maximum term contract role.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Day to day Partnership management including being the key point of contact and escalation; and managing the overall partner communications and administration processes
  • Marketing Operations including campaign planning, developing campaign briefs and business cases, data analysis, reporting and delivery of all marketing executions
  • Partner Operations by ensuring that all functionality is delivered as expected and managing appropriate escalations and briefs as needed.
  • Reporting to deliver all campaign and financial reporting/reconciliations based on agreed timeframes and formats.
  • Ad hoc project work /delivery as required

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Day to day contact point for partners
  • Own the end to end campaign management process
  • Review and manage Velocity Program websites & Partner channels to ensure information is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Pro-actively look for ways to improve back end processes and work with partners on any operational and customer issues
  • Manage the contract sign off and administration processes internally to achieve timely signed contracts
  • Review & prepare monthly partner reports and reconcile where relevant
  • Identify and manage any discrepancies or variances month on month
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Program Partners
  • Contribute to the strategic partnership plans to ensure to ensure the delivery of partner objectives
