Your new company
Your highly regarded and established resources company located in Perth, is currently seeking a Cost Controller on a temporary assignment for 6 months. Focused on doing the right thing, this organisation is committed to building cohesive and diverse teams as well as transitioning to a cleaner energy future. This assignment is looking to start as soon as possible, ideally within the next 1-2 weeks.
Your new role
As the Cost Controller in a Perth based role, you'll be providing technical expertise to projects and portfolios from a finance management, cost tracking and reporting perspective. Your duties will also include analysing and reporting on the cost management of projects relating to the forecast accuracy, budget comparison and estimate to completion. You will also develop and manage stakeholder relationships to understand goals and challenges then implement changes that drive results.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven cost management experience
- Effective communication skills to liaison with stakeholders
- Recent SAP experience
- Highly systems literate with strong Excel skills highly desirable
- Planview experience desirable
- Have strong technical and analytical skills
