The Referral and Appointment (Intake) Service for Bacchus Marsh and Melton campuses plays an important role within the organisation, being the first point of contact for patients seeking an outpatient appointment for a wide variety of services.

The service operates on weekdays from 9-4pm, with some flexibility of hours through the day. The role includes receiving and processing referrals, waitlist management and booking of appointments. We are currently seeking part time applicant/s for a fixed term position (until 28th January 2024) up to 54hours per fortnight.
