What this job involves
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our client, a global investment management company!

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a more personal and engaging level of service at every touchpoint of the clients site, by being hospitable and forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with users through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.

A snapshot of the role:
Provide high standards in client service delivery via face to face, phone and email communication, adhering to the client’s expectations
Provide support for general office administration duties (e.g. invoice process, purchase order, security card requests, pantry ordering, mailing/ printing management)
Liaise with building management office and vendors for office matters (e.g. repair and maintenance, work permit and visitor registration)
Foster a friendly, proactive and productive manner towards customers
Ensure all client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered promptly, accurately and in a professional manner
Perform daily checks of all conference rooms and the office area; reporting any issues by creating tickets and monitoring until issues are resolved
Coordinate the efficient and accurate booking of meeting rooms and catering requests as and when needed
Coordinate venue set up and work with event team

The ideal candidate will have an awesome attitude and high attention to detail, ready to take on any given task!
High level of attention to detail particularly in high volume and pressure environment
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels
Prior experience in legal, financial or corporate services experience will be highly regarded
