  • This role is based at our client's site in Western Australia
  • The role is a Fixed Term Full Time position (3 months)

About the Role


To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual, representing the customer brand at the reception desk by providing a memorable customer experience. Leading by example in influencing strong ethos of customer service. Servicing as the primary site contact including backup for support staff as needed. Ensuring that the site is always ‘show ready’ by planning, organising and holding regular community style events as directed by the customer.


Daily Duties

  • Guest Relations Officer
  • Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders enquiries
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationary
  • Assist in organising meetings and conferences
  • Set up and assisting of office furniture
  • Maintain databases and update presentations
  • Light cleaning duties of meeting and conference rooms
  • Assist with any filing and maintenance document files
  • General administrative duties
  • Some lifting may be involved
  • Some Reception duties

Key Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
  • Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
