The Role

We need a motivated, dynamic and responsible Office Manager to help our travel consulting teams.

You can work in either our Barangaroo or Parramatta office

Required

Excellent written and verbal skills, confidence in dealing with all aspects of correspondence Excellent relationship-building skills with staff and clients Travel consulting, office management experiences in the travel industry Well-developed organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize work High-quality work standard, ‘Excellence’ being your benchmark Excellent listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to cope under pressure and a mature, calm constructive problem-solving style Exceptional standards of integrity and confidentiality Dedication to work and desire to constantly improve yourself Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and the internet

Desirables

Experience in web admin, word press Experience in Amadeus, VTO
