The role:

ReturnToWorkSA is responsible for providing work injury insurance and regulating the South Australian Return to Work scheme. We provide insurance that protects South Australian businesses and their workers in the event of a workplace injury.

This role works directly with South Australian employers to ensure that they are appropriately registered and insured in the event of a workplace injury. The position is responsible for answering customer queries via phone and email, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and collection of insurance premiums. Key to this role is the ability to negotiate payment plans for outstanding or overdue premiums and maintaining records of discussions to ensure continuity of service and appropriate actions are taken.

Our ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a background in a call centre environment within an insurance or banking and finance industry. You will possess well developed communication skills with the ability to actively listen and ask relevant questions of the customer to ensure that their needs are met. We also require individuals with effective written and numerical skills along with a strong attention to detail. Working within a small business unit, you will be a team player who takes ownership and personal accountability for their work.

Remuneration commences at $67,482 (inclusive of superannuation).
