The Education and Quality Services team is looking for a Curriculum Officer to join their team!

This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the general administrative requirements, for the Curriculum and Accreditation team. The Curriculum Officer will mainly coordinate meetings for committees, including creating meeting invites, scheduling meetings, supporting preparation of agendas, minute taking, maintaining registers and supporting the curriculum and accreditation activities

This role would be well suited to someone with high attention to detail and strong administrative skills familiar with working within the education industry.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work cooperatively within a team
  • High level written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and vary communication style accordingly
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate records

Qualifications
  • A degree or advanced diploma with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
