What this job involves:
Within the Australian market the JLL Project & Development Services (PDS) team provides development management, project planning, feasibility, procurement, design and construction management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail and industrial property sectors. They are often sought out by clients to undertake more sophisticated and complex assignments.

What this job involves:
We seek a motivated and experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join the PDS team. Working as a functional support, your role will be to work closely with the Head of HSEQ to develop and execute further growth in the systems, governance and capability to take HSEQ to a great level.

This role can be based in either Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Responsibilities:
Understand and drive improved health, safety and environmental risk control across the supply chain and be a key driver to implement the HSEQ strategy.
Prepare performance reports and statistical analysis.
Work with other HSEQ counterparts to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are meeting their obligations.
Assist in the development & execution of the HSEQ management system to meet industry, JLL and certification requirements to the Federal Safety Commission and ISO standards.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and have the ability to liaise with all people across the business. You will have an innovative mind to develop efficient processes that add value to project delivery at the same as meeting our legal obligations. Given the nature of the clients industry, you will need to have a technical background in the building construction industry.
