What this opportunity involves:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, facilities professional to take a key account lead role on behalf of our nationally recognised, online business and employment platform client.

As the Facilities Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for leading and maintaining a lasting, collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic workplace experience. Oversee the Sydney and

Melbourne corporate locations, accommodating client needs and being flexible to a dynamic environment as we seek to further our strong client relationship into the future.

As this is a regional account for JLL, you will take ownership of demonstrating our superior service delivery on a national scale, ensuring we are showcasing Australia as a leader in implementing future of work methodology and industry best practice.

An Overview of the role:
On-site key point of contact for the key stakeholders and clients

Acting as a coach and mentor to the team on site and developing the team through performance assessments and training

Monitoring and developing procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed

Manage the JLL/Client relationship

Liaison with the JLL team and client on soft service and hard service delivery

Managing multiple vendors using hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget

Assisting and monitoring financial processes

Implementing and managing safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting

Demonstrate the JLL core behaviours and values of being an expert, proactive, innovative, versatile, team player and valuing the client

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Qualifications in Facilities Management, Building, Business or related field would be advantageous

Must be experienced in delivering workplace services to clients

Strong team player and capable of managing direct reports

Supreme client focus, building trust on multiple organisational levels

Innovative and forward thinking with a can-do attitude to match

Demonstrates flexibility to client demands, able to go above and beyond

Presentation skills

Understanding of local OH&S requirements

Vendor management experience

Interpretation and understanding of commercial contracts

Budget management and financial analysis skills
