As our Employee Relations Advisor, you’ll support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in managing employee relations matters such as probation and performance management, ill-health, and providing advice and guidance to leaders throughout the business. You will also support the project management and roll out of cyclical people processes for Oceania including but not limited to Annual Performance and Remuneration Review, EY People Pulse and whole of firm Talent initiatives.


  • Deliver consistent, best practice, and commercially sound employee relations advice

  • Supporting Talent Managers with complex employee relations matters

  • Maintain work life balance with hybrid working


What we’re looking for

  • HR Generalist or HR Advisor experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience case managing employee relations matters

  • Understanding of Australian employment law

  • Project management skills and experience


This role is offered on a 12 month contract basis.
