The Cranbourne Community Mental Health Team provides an effective and comprehensive service to the Monash Adult Mental Health Program. Working within a multi-disciplinary team we provide treatment and support to individuals experiencing complex mental health problems. We strive to deliver high quality recovery-focused client care. Our aim is to promote self-efficacy and independence, and social inclusion with all the individuals we support.
About the Role
If you enjoy solving problems, are a good communicator, and can work flexibly in a large team, then this job could be for you.
The successful applicant will be proficient in a range of IT applications, easily adapting to new systems. The successful applicant will be familiar with the management of patient information with in a health care setting eg SMR and CMI, and an understanding of mental health and the clients we service would be an advantage.
As with all community roles, there may be times you are required to travel to and work from our other sites (Pakenham and future site, Narre Warren)
About You
You can demonstrate a strong track record in administration support, ideally within a large organisation setting. Energetic and resourceful, you have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, enabling you to liaise appropriately and professionally with people at all levels. Your strong customer service ethic will support your ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
