Inventory Controller As a member of the NSW and ANZ loan team the role controls stock takes, consignment count/ cycle count reconciliation and inventory management across multiple sites and locations. Ensure the effective compilation and maintenance of records within the relevant systems. Execution, coordination and management of all KPIs within the team for performance delivery. Effective management of 3PL facilities to ensure inventory is in balance to the core ERP system. - Stocktakes
2. Cycle counts and reconciliation (Loan).
3. Custodian of the NSW Loan Warehouse’s annual stock take and reporting.
4. Consignment agreements – working with the ANZ Asset Management team
- Stock Management.
- Excess stock management (loan and consignment, using Turn Reports – assist in the management of asset utilisation). POP project returns.
- Stock adjustments raised with inventory team.
- RFI Process
2. Consign via system.
3. Communicate to reps for deployment.
- Expiry management
- Deliver zero expired products in field inventory by year-end
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in inventory management, logistics management or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive inventory management and demonstrate efficiency and cost reduction.
- Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience gained in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Comprehension of all the compliance activities.
- In-depth SAP experience (inventory management transactions, reporting).
- Adaptability.

- Strong time-management and organisational skills and able to prioritise.
