Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.

About the Role

As a Café All Rounder, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the café, providing exceptional customer service to our patrons and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving food and beverages
• Managing stock levels
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Handling cash and card transactions.

In this position you will be required to work on a rotating roster, with early morning shifts, afternoon shifts, weekends and public holidays.

This role is located at our Fresh+ site at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service and is friendly & approachable. You will display the following qualities:

• Ability to work well under pressure
• 1-2 years of experience in a café or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and great interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility with rostering
• Reliability
