Logistics & Asset Administrator

We are looking for an Administrative profile who will carry out all non-manual tasks in order to implement the processes described below:

  • Management of Software Licenses
  • Stock Management
  • Administrative support to the ordering process (both for HQs and Delegations) and supplies shipment to the Delegations and 3rd parties
  • Ordering process
  • Acceptance of equipment deliveries
  • Delivery and shipment process

Additionally, the experienced profile could be also asked to perform the tasks of a junior profile :

  • Organize and follow-up the repair flow (both for HQs and Delegations)
  • IT equipment inventory, both permanent (daily changes) and annual
  • Decommissioning and removal of equipment according to rules
  • Any other supportive administrative tasks

Must have - Tech & Func Skills

  • Good knowledge of ICT hardware (important)
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate & precise
  • Being able to work independently
  • Experience with the purchase of ICT equipment and services in an international environment
  • Experience with budget management and budget reporting
  • Experience with contract management in an international environment
  • Overall experience with ICT tender and procurement procedures in an international environment

Mandatory Language Skills
Fluent in either English of French, good understanding of the second language
