The Role

To play a part in the improved maturity of the team, an experienced Process and Project Support Officer is required to collaborate to our continuous improvement' roadmap.

In your role, your key responsibilities are the following:

  • Documentation of E2E processes & governance.

This includes:

  • Creation of Standard Operating Procedure - SOP
  • Process Flow
  • Creation of temples (ie standards rapports, questioners, etc.)
  • Working Instruction
  • Translate controls into actionable requirements. Write business requirements of a solution that will support day-to-day activity.
  • Project support activities (ie management of actions plans, creation of governance meeting packs and minutes, etc.)
  • In this context, you'll also
  • Gather information from a large group of IT & Business stakeholders.
  • Present the outcome of your analysis to those stakeholders in a clear & assertive manner.

Technical & Functional skills

You must have previous practical experience in the following activities:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in financial services is mandatory.
  • Documentation of processes and procedures
  • Elaboration of Business & Functional requirements.
  • Project support
  • you must demonstrate strong ability with business analysis tools (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, MS Word ).
  • Demonstrating practical knowledge of business analysis methodology (BPMN, UML, business requirements writing, User stories writing ) is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of Information Security & IT security is a plus.
  • Languages: English (Fluent), Being fluent in French and/or Dutch is a plus.
