- Ensuring invoice documents are complete, accurate, and are correctly sent to the client
- Executing your tasks following task lists, error reports, dashboards, individual requests etc ...
- Upgrading and guaranteeing consistency of client, supplier, work, and risk-related data over all systems
- Responding to approaching demands from inside and outside users
- You follow up disputes and check with the department concerned how they should be resolved.
- You hold a degree in accountancy/administration or have experience in the finance, billing or accounting field
- You are a fast learner and a team player
- You are motivated and want to deliver accurate work
- You are fluent in English, and have a good level of Dutch or French
