• Lead, manage, and organize construction projects from start to finish using the 5-step process methodology for H&M & other brands of the Group
• Work in close collaboration with Leasing and lead the communication with other project stakeholders to ensure that relevant information is shared in a timely manner
• Ensure that the stores are designed & build in line with the general/local building specification, guidelines & interior specifications
• Plan budgets while value engineering in order to find the most financially viable, timely achievable, and technically suitable compromise.
• Update financials and ensure that each project investment stays within budget by challenging any unexpected spend.
• Run tenders for architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Handbook.
• Manage contracts and continuously evaluate vendors’ performance through objective assessment
• Find innovative ways to include new materials and practices in construction projects in-line with our sustainability objectives

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration or related field is an asset.
• Project Management certifications highly desired.
• 5 years of previous work experience in construction or real estate.
• Experience managing external supplier and follow up on contractual obligations.
• Good understanding of the field of HVAC and construction and ability to identify risks and opportunities in the retail environment.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Fluent & excellent verbal and written communication in English, French, and Dutch.
