YOUR ROLE

• You check and clean up all actual pension, health, insurances, questions from employees, access to pension plans or distribute info to employees.
• You take care of the administration and documentation for new hires and leavers, and give support to the payroll team to make sure the flow becomes more efficient.
• You will work together with the tax provider to support possible issues and make sure this is working well.
• You will renegociate the contract with our provider for mobility (work permits, visa, support for relocation).
• You will finalize the tax & global mobility policy.
• You take care of salary surveys with Radford.
• You finalize other group compensation policies such as mobile phone policy or teleworking policy and compensation related to it.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have already several years experience as an international compensation & benefits specialist.
• You have experience in above mentioned policies.
  
• You have knowledge of at least one European labour legislation.
• You have a hands-on, 'get it done' and problem solving attitude.
  
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 3 months with possible extension
• Location: Wallonia / remote
