Job Description

Your mission? ‍

• Assist Tom - our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Source candidates worldwide throughout recruitment channels
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for the interview process
• Update and maintain candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruitment-related materials
• Attend job fairs, G Cloud networking events, and other recruiting events as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions to improve the recruitment process
• Be creative and develop new channels of communication and recruitment
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications

Required to have? -

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English with a very good knowledge of French or Dutch
• Have a strong interest in IT and related new technologies (artificial intelligence, Big Data, Cloud)
• Be critical and continually seek to improve your work
• Be empathetic and enjoy meeting new people with different cultures every day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google technologies and experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
