Mission Générale

As the Retail Planner Junior, you will collaborate with and support the Retail Merchandising team of our region. Through product related data analysis and monitoring of stock flows you will contribute to the best possible product availability across Hermès Benelux-Nordics stores. You will be able to take responsibility for reports, dashboards and other tools that will help to drive the business of the subsidiary in a more and more dynamic environment.

Principales activités

Analysis & Reportings:

  • Manage Dashboards (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) for both headquarters and stores.
  • Generate Excel based reports, business evaluations and ensure tracking of sales targets
  • Actively participate in developing new reporting tools to monitor business performance of the Métiers
  • Prepare and participate in business reviews with store management teams
  • Suggest and contribute to new ideas that could reduce manual reporting tasks and increase operational efficiency of the team
  • Be an expert of BI tools within Hermes Benelux& Nordics

Buyings & Reorder:

  • Preparation & follow-up of our buying sessions: optimization of our buying tools, post-buyings analysis and follow-up, punctual product analysis
  • Follow-Up of our stock equations to identify the opportunities & the needs for reorders
  • Consolidate and monitor in season reorders placed

Retail Planning activities & stock monitoring:

  • Regularly check inventory & sell-through and take follow-up actions such as weekly stock rebalancing and sales animation for stores
  • Follow up on stock equations and implement analysis to allow for accurate projections and propose actions to improve inventory productivity
  • Preparation of analysis and coordination of the operational update of our system for the monitoring of our automatic reorders and assortments to maximize the sales performances of our permanent offer (PSI)
  • Follow-Up of deliveries by creating ad hac dashboards and share of key points to the concerned stake holders.
  • Monitoring of the commitment à Update of dashboards, identification of alerts and proposition of actions to improve the allocation.
  • Support the Retail Planner in the development of all budget & OTB tools
  • Monitor the Product Locator in collaboration with the whole team.

Profil du candidat

  • Master Degree in economics, business engineering or management
  • Expert user of Excel with analytical mindset and attention to accuracy
  • Ability to extract meaningful data’s from figures
  • Interest for fashion luxury and retail
  • French speaking and a good knowledge of English are a must
  • Communicative and team worker attitude
  • Great work experience in a dynamic and enjoyable environment
