They are looking for a self-motivated Country/Sales Manager to help with the organization expansion in Belgium. The Country/Sales Manager will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company's affiliate.It's a stand alone position.

Job Description

As Country/Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

It includes recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
  • Perform research and identify new market opportunities in order to drive and set up business expansion
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Liaise with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
  • Recruit, vet, and train all new staff
  • Research the country or region thoroughly and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required
The Successful Applicant
  • Master's degree in business administration, management or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Sales Manager in business expansion in Retail sector
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, Team player
  • Sales- & result driven, with a 'getting things done' approach
  • Customer- & consumer focused
  • People-management skills
  • Fluent in French, English and Dutch
