s a multinational company, AGC is facing different challenges such as the Digitalization and the evolution of the technologies in the management of the industrial processes: Sales, Production and Supply Chain. Therefore, the Downstream Business Unit together with IT is dedicating a "Fusion" team who is working on different AGC sites in order to improve the efficiency.

Within Fusion we are recruiting a Master Data Manager who will support the AGC organization to set up the right foundations for a digitalization journey and to contribute to the implementation of the ERP systems, SAP and Albat+Wirsam (A+W).

What if your next job was about…

• Leading a small team and following up their tasks and deliverables
• Designing the master data (Finish goods, Row materials, Processes, Bom,..)
• Customer Master data management in both ERP systems
• Defining policies, standards and controls to manage data quality and integrity covering the data lifecycle
• Being in charge of the interfacing management between SAP and AWE, design and maintenance
• Participating in the definition and the execution of the integration tests
• You will follow up the realization of the approved evolutions
• You are in permanent contact with the Business Process Experts in order to continuously improve the processes while capitalizing on the existing processes and IT solutions
• You will be located in our Headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve(Belgium) or any other main AGC site

Are you the perfect match ?

• You have a Bachelor/Master Degree in a relevant subject akin to Supply Chain/ Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Economy, or equivalent experience
• You are experienced in Project Management and in the implementation of ERP (SAP) in industrial environment
• You have knowledge of SAP, Albat+Wirsam and the design of interfaces
• You wish to develop your people management skills in an international environment
• Good knowledge in sales and production, supply chain processes and their interactions
• Design of master data and interfaces between different ERP systems
• You are analytical, rigorous, attentive to details with the ability to see the big picture and to synthetize complex matters
• You have good command of project management skills, able to respect tight schedule, deadlines and to reorganize priorities when needed
• You are team player, good listener, influencer and able to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Remaining methodical and unflustered in high pressure scenarios is also an important attribute.
• You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
• You may on occasion be required to travel in Europe
