Our client is active in the industrial and manufacturing industry. they have been establishing a worldwide sales network. The products they are dealing with are automotive parts, electronic parts, machinery, energy and metal. The headquarters for eight branches is in Brussels. So you will have a polyvalent job including local bookkeeping but also international accounting. You will end up with a team of 9 diverse people in the finance team.
Job Description- Accounting for general expenses and bank statements
- Do administrative follow-ups
- Purchase bookings are done in SAP
- Update manual whenever is needed
- For a specific accounting process purpose, prepare data, send out internal managerial reports, and communicate with each department
- Check and confirm balance confirmations with branches and other external parties
- Offer support during monthly closings. Everything must be prepared in SAP before the closing duties, including banking, checks, and PL verification.
- Preparation of documents during audit
- Preparation of the VAT reports.
- A first professional experience within an accounting department is required
- The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy,
- Fluency in French & English
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems,
- Has attention to detail and accuracy
- Needs to have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
