POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE


Within the Off-the-Road tyres & solution sales, provide general operational support to the sales managers to include analysis, preparations and achievement of OB and MTP plans. You have the following responsabilities in these area’s: product, sales, budget, reporting, inventory

  • Launch monthly regional order process.
  • Collate, analyse & share together with sales & LSCM team total market requirement
  • Timely placement of accurate order
  • Conduct analysis of sales achievements
  • Consider results & together with Sales team, provide guidance to regional colleagues
  • Evolve towards ownership of selected business segments.
  • Ensure clear & accurate product coding is available to central & regional teams
  • Update & share changes on an appropriately frequent basis
  • Support launch of of periodical budget processes to include guidelines & templates
  • Compile regional responses in a timely manner
  • Consolidate and share essential sales information to stakeholders
  • Facilitate Smart reporting to minimize workload & repetition
  • Rebilliing co-ordination
  • Forecasting spend & accrual reporting

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education: preferably in business related subjects
  • Strong numerical/analytical skills – financial analysis / reporting experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Work experience in an international environment is a plus.
  • Customer focused
  • Strong Team spirit
  • Goal driven
  • Interest in vehicles is helpful in understanding customer needs.
  • Willing to eventually travel
  • English, plus minimum one other European Language
