Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are seeking a Fleet & Procurement Coordinator with relevant experience to manage our company's fleet operations and provide wider procurement support to the team. The latter includes various accounts payable activities, supplier maintenance & contract activities. The ideal candidate will be involved in the daily operational management of the car fleet and related processes in the wider procurement team
You will
-
Drive local car fleet as local single point of contract for vendors and Ericsson employees - Provide subject matter expertise to the business in relation to car fleet management.
- Ensure cost control whilst achieving high levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with car fleet policies and regulatory directives.
- Oversee and coordinate all local fleet management activities; Identify and manage risks.
- Manage and monitor the performance of third-party service providers.
- Analyze fleet-related data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize car fleet performance.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures and provide support to relevant AP teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
- In close collaboration with the Procurement team participate in supplier related activities related to supplier onboarding, maintenance, and contract administration.
- Ensure data quality through pro-active engagements and overseeing the compliance related requirements.
To be successful in the role

Bachelor's degree in Administrative, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in fleet management and accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in Dutch and English. Any other language (French) will be highly appreciated
- Demonstrated proficiencies in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Working ethically and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative behavior.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
