It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer / Talent Sourcer:
- You are responsible for the first contact and sourcing of senior and management profiles
- You become an expert on Linkedin Recruiter and build your network
- You build relationships with your stakeholders (hiring managers + recruiters) and are not afraid to challenge them and/or the job requirements
- You become a trusted advisor for the hiring managers and recruiters
- You are actively involved in the business touchpoints with the hiring managers
- You participate in projects such as: CRM lead management, recruitment marketing and events
- You gain expertise in your candidate market, remain informed about the latest trends and are in the driver seat for market and industry intelligence
- You manage the prescreening calls
- As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team
Let’s talk about you
- You have a university degree and minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a sourcer or recruiter
- You have experience with Linkedin Recruiter
- You are a dedicated and curious sourcer who loves to dig deeper to find the perfect match
- You are not afraid to call candidates and do a phone screening
- You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English
- You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
- You are flexible like to act pro-actively, and have the ability to work in a changing environment
- Experience in professional services is an asset
