About our role:
Our client is a big financial institution and looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a UX Researcher (French).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for our customers in the – Belgian, European, international - market.

What you will be doing:
Your role will be to support various projects with the best user research techniques and methodologies. You will support the current ux research with their research and user tests.

You'll organize and execute the test, to report it and maximize the impact of the outcome of the research.

Provide a valid and actionable report that contains details of the test, findings and recommendations.

Typical activities include: Organizing and managing the intake (defining needs), prepare the test, execution of user tests, debriefing and ensuring that the insights are usable.

What you bring:
Ambition to further develop your career in UX Research field and finance sector.

You have extensive experience in a similar role.

Past experience in the finance industry is nice to have

You’re at your best when you're using the right (qualitative) research skills and carrying out user tests.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed in this job.

Strong communication skills in French and English.
