My client is an international law firm, located in the centre of Brussels.
Their offices are accessible by public transport.
As an office assistant :

You will support the HR Manager in organizing team events including the annual ski weekend and the monthly drink and lunch; - You will bring new ideas, coordinate the events with suppliers and the team;
- You are the point of contact for the facility services; you arrange necessary repairs, coordinate internal moves, ensure an inviting workplace for new colleagues, you manage the electric charging stations;
- You are the contact person for the building manager and subtenant; collaborate on various projects.
The Successful Applicant
Your profile:

You can communicate fluently in English, french and very good knowledges in Dutch both spoken and written; - You have a pleasant telephone voice, have a neat appearance and are easy to get along with;
- You are solution-oriented and set priorities;
- You are a real team player, customer-oriented and discrete;
- You are strong in IT systems;
- You have a first experience in a similar function;
- You obtained a higher degree, preferably Office Management, Hotel Management or another language-oriented training.
- Good Salary Package !
- Temporary Mission between 3 and 6 months
The office is easily accessible by public transportation and has underground parking should you come to the office by car.
