YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Omnichannel Strategy Analyst, you are part of the ‘omnichannel strategy & solutions’ team within the ‘omnichannel & e-commerce’ department, playing a crucial role in the definition & delivery of the omnichannel strategy:

  • You will help with the development of the omnichannel plan to achieve TVH’s long-term goals, focusing on customer experience & service strategy, content strategy, omnichannel vision
  • You will keep track of all the strategic decisions taken and their roll-out status
  • You will link all the projects that are contributing to the omnichannel vision, identify how they will contribute to the overall strategic goals and their strategic needs
  • You will drive the roll-out of the omnichannel strategy putting the strategic plan into action, including proof of concepts and the coordination and alignment of different teams within TVH
  • You will evaluate the strategic plan against its intended outcomes and results to determine the effectiveness and make the necessary adjustments
  • You will drive (from analysis to execution) the improvement of existing services, creation of new services and solutions that meet the needs and demands of our customers, providing value and solving pain points.
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
  • Desired education level: Master degree (applied economic science, engineering..) or equivalent by experience
  • A strategic doer with fundamental understanding of omnichannel customer experience
  • Good knowledge of strategic methodologies and frameworks and experience with workshop facilitation and brainstorming techniques
  • Analytical skills: analyze data, identify patterns and draw meaningful insights. Be able to interpret and communicate complex data and information in a simple and actionable format
  • Business acumen: willing to gain a deep understanding of the industry, market and company’s goals & objectives. Be able to use this understanding to provide insights and recommendations that align with the strategic objectives
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including effectively communicating with and managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Be able to build a strong positive working relationship with the stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, communications and presentations skills in English, with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non technical audiences across various levels of an organization
  • Experience working with global teams
