Compensation

$23/hr

• 2 Weeks Vacation + 5 Personal/Sick Days

Job Purpose

While interfacing with our customers and sales team, the Warehouse Employee owns a customer order from start to finish and can escalate concerns as required. Also, the employee plays a big role in managing inventory for the facility that they work in. All work must be performed respecting Health and Safety Guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

• Order Management: Order Receipt, Entry, Confirmation, and fulfillment
• Communication: Communicate with Sales, customers and/or other resources as necessary either to inform or address problems.
• Inventory Management: Perform physical Shipping and Receiving duties as daily. Data entry, tracking shipments the computer system and tinting products per specifications. Other duties as assigned.
• Health, Safety & Sustainability: All work must be performed in accordance with all Health & Safety Protocols, AkzoNobel Core Values and Code of Conduct.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-YR Experience of warehouse experience. Customer Service experience an asset.
Driving a Forklift and the ability to qualify on various material handling equipment once trained.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is an asset
Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time.
Attention to detail: ability to pick orders with accuracy, tint following formulas and colour standards (training will be provided)
Ability to read and write in English and/or French (Bilingualism is an asset)
