Taste Vancouver Food Tours operates walking food tours in various neighbourhoods.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get get hands on learning and insight how a tour operator business operates.

Somewhat flexible hours. Work is remote.

This is a weekend only job June 3-Aug 27 (some flexibility if you are not available every weekend)
3 hours per day $20 / hour
Apart from weekends, you need to be available these set dates:
July 3-6 – increased hours
September 8-24 – increased hours

Possibilities for additional work at other time periods throughout the year.
This job may be compatible with other work you may have.

Manage day to day operations
Email/text/phone communication with customers/tour partners/tour guides
Answer phone calls – Company cell phone provided
Other Operations support and tasks

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Working remotely
• Customer service oriented
• Very detail oriented
• Self-motivated
• Good decision-making skills
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Trustworthy
• Good communication/writing skills
• Preferably experience in tourism or hospital industry (not a requirement though as training provided)
• Comfortable with using a booking system (training provided)
• Own computer required

• Salary/Wage: $20 per hour
