We are currently looking for a bilingual Operations and Training Manager in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities
-Manage Quebec Adjuster and Corporate licensing;
-Ensure that compliance, renewals and education requirements are met through the AMF
-PSR audits
-File audit requests from clients
-Onboarding of new team members
-Liaison between staff and IT, HR, Payroll, Benefits
-Conduct CMS/Atlas/Atlas mobile training for both existing and new staff
-Provide technical training to new and existing team members
-Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing
-Deal with property manager for any maintenance requests, parking, etc.

Qualifications
-Commercial and personal license with the AMF
-3 to 5 years of claims handling experience
-Bilingual (French and English)
-Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field will be considered an asset
-Has a team spirit with exceptional customer service skills
-Ready to work in a dynamic environment with career prospects
