Réalisations et défis stimulants :
Le Chargé des Partenariats d'OPAL-RT joue un rôle central dans la gestion et la promotion des relations avec le vaste réseau de partenaires en pleine croissance de l'entreprise. Relevant directement du vice-président du marketing, le gestionnaire de partenariat sera responsable des prévisions, de la collaboration marketing, de la création de contenu et de la gestion des prix et des offres. Ce rôle implique également d'être le point de contact technique pour les clients des ventes et d'OPAL-RT.
Principales responsabilités :
Gestion des prévisions :
- Collaborer avec des partenaires pour élaborer des prévisions précises.
- Analyser les tendances du marché et fournir des informations pour la planification stratégique.
Collaboration en marketing :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires et les équipes internes sur des initiatives de marketing conjointes.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing pour améliorer les relations avec les partenaires.
Création de contenu :
- Générer du contenu convaincant pour OPAL-RT et négocier des partenariats de contenu avec des partenaires pour le marketing et / ou l'activation des ventes.
- Assurer l'uniformité des messages et de l'image de marque entre les partenariats.
Gestion des prix et des offres :
- Collaborer avec des partenaires et des équipes internes sur les stratégies de tarification.
- Gérer et optimiser les programmes et les offres d'incitation des partenaires.
Point de contact technique :
- Agir en tant que liaison technique principale entre les ventes, les partenaires et les clients.
- Fournir un support technique et des conseils aux partenaires et aux clients.
Collaboration avec les équipes internes :
- Travailler avec des équipes internes pour soutenir les livraisons à venir.
- Contribuer au développement d'outils de soutien internes.
Participez à des événements :
- Représenter OPAL-RT lors d'événements marketing et de séminaires techniques.
- Contribuer aux déploiements de produits à l'étranger.
Gestion des comptes clés
- Gestion de compte sur des comptes sélectifs impliquant une solution de partenariat (exemple Toyota sur NI)
Exigences :
- Éducation : baccalauréat en génie électrique, électronique ou mécanique.
- Expérience : plus de 6 ans dans un domaine connexe, avec un accent sur la gestion de partenariat.
- Connaissances techniques : Familiarité avec MATLAB/Simulink et/ou LabVIEW. Connaissance de base des chaînes d'outils NI, des systèmes d'exploitation Linux, de FPGA, de la programmation VHDL et des protocoles de communication industrielle (par exemple, CAN, Modbus, SPI, Aurora).
- Atouts : Expérience avec des outils matériels dans la boucle (RT-LAB, NI-Veristand, HYPERSIM, dSPACE, Speedgoat, Typhoon ou RTDS). Expérience de test HIL industrielle pour un véhicule entièrement électrique. Simulation de convertisseurs électroniques de puissance. Utilisation du générateur de système Xilinx.
- Compétences linguistiques : Anglais. Le cours de français est obligatoire, la connaissance du mandarin, du japonais ou du coréen est un atout.
- Soft Skills : Satisfaction du client, autonomie, proactivité, planification, organisation, communication, travail d'équipe, compétences interpersonnelles, discipline, détermination, flexibilité, adaptation, capacité à faire face à l'ambiguïté et à la pression.

Achievements and stimulating challenges:
The Partner Manager at OPAL-RT plays a pivotal role in managing and fostering relationships with the company's extensive and growing partner network. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Partnership Manager will be responsible for forecasting, marketing collaboration, content creation, and managing prices and offers. This role also involves being the technical point of contact for both sales and OPAL-RT customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast Management:
- Collaborate with partners to develop accurate forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with partners and internal teams on joint marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance partner relationships.
Content Creation:
- Generate compelling content for OPAL-RT and negotiate content partnerships with partners for marketing and/or sales enablement.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across partnerships.
Price and Offer Management:
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams on pricing strategies.
- Manage and optimize partner incentive programs and offers.
Technical Point of Contact:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between sales, partners, and customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to partners and customers.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work with internal teams to support upcoming deliveries.
- Contribute to the development of internal support tools.
Participate in Events:
- Represent OPAL-RT at marketing events and technical seminars.
- Contribute to overseas product roll-outs.
Key account management
- Account management on selective accounts involving partnership solution (example Toyota on NI)
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 6+ years in a related field, with a focus on partnership management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and/or LabVIEW. Basic knowledge of NI Toolchains, Linux operating systems, FPGA, VHDL programming, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Modbus, SPI, Aurora).
- Assets: Experience with Hardware-in-the-loop tools (RT-LAB, NI-Veristand, HYPERSIM, dSPACE, Speedgoat, Typhoon, or RTDS). Industrial HIL testing experience for a full electric vehicle. Simulation of power electronic converters. Usage of Xilinx System Generator.
- Language Abilities: English. French class is mandatory, Knowledge of Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an asset.
