Summary

Our Fort McMurray location is looking for four (4) experienced chemical cleaning Operators to join our team. This position will report to the Supervisor, collaborating closely to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely completion of all projects.

Operators who live in Fort McMurray will receive a LOA of $800/month.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Operate chemical cleaning equipment such as circulating units, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems, among other equipment to perform tasks required by the client.

Install temporary equipment such as Victaulic piping, chemical hoses and mixing various chemicals, while performing other routine job duties.

Assist with job site preparation.

Provide training and mentorship to laborers, facilitating the enhancement of their skill sets.

Complete necessary paperwork for safety, payroll, vehicle operation, and any other day to day requirements

Complete equipment maintenance inspections and troubleshoot issues as required.

Prioritize Health and Safety as the primary objective by adhering to policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsible for the safe operations and maintenance of equipment

Deliver safe and effective services to our clients.

Promptly report work-related accidents/incidents to the supervisor.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in chemical cleaning involving handling chemicals and/or dangerous goods.

Hold a valid Class 1 or 3 Drivers license with a clean driving abstract.

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel and stay in camps as necessary.

Ready and capable of working night shifts and overtime as needed.
