Job Title: Lead Flutter Mobile Developer 

Location: Toronto, ON (Local hires only)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview: Join a rapidly growing mobile video startup based in Toronto, on a mission to revolutionize the entertainment industry. We're seeking an ambitious Lead Mobile Developer proficient in Flutter, iOS, and Android app development to contribute to our cutting-edge platform.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of iOS and Android app development, leveraging the latest technologies including Flutter. Collaborate with the technical team to implement innovative features and enhancements. Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability. Contribute to architectural design decisions and technical strategy.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in native iOS and Android app development. 2+ years of Flutter experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C. Familiarity with Google/AWS APIs and RESTful APIs. Experience with MVC/MVVM architectural patterns, async programming, and testing frameworks. Knowledge of app publishing processes for Apple App Store and Google Play. Bonus: Experience with in-app messaging, push notifications, mobile analytics, and mobile video.
