Maintain and monitor inventory and assist with purchasing functions as needed. Ensure that food preparation meets the Subways quality standards Prepare weekly work schedules and assign duties to the staff Orient and train staff regarding their job duties and the companys policies on sanitation and safety procedures. Participate in the selection of new employees, as needed. Resolve-work related problems and grievances, and report to management Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers. Perform related duties as required. Skills Requirement: Completion of Secondary is required A minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related discipline is required.
